The Tater Trot five-kilometer and one-mile run is set for 8 a.m. on Sept. 19, in conjunction with Carbondale's 100th annual Potato Day celebration.
Race-day registration will be from 7:15 to 7:45 a.m. next to the Hendrick Park soccer field, at the corner of Hendrick Road and Holland Drive. The race courses will wind through nearby River Valley Ranch.
The entry fee is $20, including a commemorative T-shirt and post-race prize drawing.
Entry forms are available in advance at the Red Rock Diner, Independence Run & Hike and the Carbondale Recreation Center.
